Required
- Retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and ability to build customer connections
- Passion for service and sales achievement
- Availability for at least 16 hours per week including peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holidays) or peak days plus non-peak weekday shifts
- Ability to stand and walk entire shifts
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Must wear Rothy's shoes during every shift
- 18 years of age or older
