What they ask for

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent military service
10+ years of hands-on network implementation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle maintenance
5+ years in network architecture roles
5+ years in wireless design, implementation, and support for large networks including DAS design
Proficiency with Cisco products including controllers, access points, routers, and switches
Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and routing protocols
Advanced understanding of multi-layer switching concepts
CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent certification

Nice to have

Experience troubleshooting networking device drivers and client system issues
Experience troubleshooting video and voice performance over wired and wireless networks
Familiarity with Cisco Identity Services Engine and DNA
