What they ask for
Required
- 5+ years professional welding and fabrication experience
- Experience with pipe welding and industrial systems
- Proficiency with multiple welding processes: TIG, MIG, FCAW, stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings, blueprints, and weld procedures
- Experience fitting and fabricating piping systems to specification
- Fabrication tool operation: grinders, drills, saws, pipe preparation equipment
- Forklift or lift equipment operation
- Work capacity of lifting 40 lbs and using PPE in active construction environments
- US government background clearance eligibility for Cape Canaveral site work
Nice to have
- AWS, ASME, or equivalent welding certification
- Experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, or specialty alloys
- Aerospace, power generation, shipbuilding, petrochemical, or heavy industrial experience
- Field construction, commissioning, or launch site operations experience
