What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Four units of clinical pastoral education (or willingness to complete within two years)
- Clergy endorsement
- 3+ years chaplain experience in culturally diverse, faith-inclusive setting
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Ability to safely walk production and non-production floors multiple times daily
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel independently
- Basic case management and mental health assessment skills
Nice to have
- Master's degree
