What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, or related engineering field with 10 years combined technical and project engineering experience (or 14 years without degree)
- Deep experience with solid rocket motor or energetics design, development, and manufacturing including leading programs through qualification to production
- Proven ability to manage complex defense programs with accountability for cost, schedule, and technical scope
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain U.S. DoD Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable explosives licenses (21+ years old)
- Compliance with Drug-Free Workplace Act requirements
- ITAR compliance as U.S. Person

- Background leading multiple concurrent SRM or energetics programs
- Experience transitioning from single-program to portfolio-level responsibility
- Strong technical expertise in hardware design, manufacturing, or systems engineering with early mentoring or standard-setting experience
