Required
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year as a flight attendant
- Minimum two years managing people
- Minimum one year managing in a union environment
- Valid unexpired passport
- Valid unexpired driver's license
- Pass Allegiant Flight Attendant Training and maintain currency
- Fluent English (read, write, speak)
- Authorized to work in the US
- Pass criminal background check
- Able to travel as required
- Able to communicate with dispersed workforce
- Able to manage large internal and external client bases
- Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Able to handle conflict management
