What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of welding/fabrication experience, or completion of an accredited welding trade program
- Proficiency in MIG and/or TIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Working knowledge of metal properties and fabrication techniques
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a shop environment with heat, noise, and fumes
- U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status for ITAR compliance
Nice to have
- AWS certification or equivalent welding qualification
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
