Subbuteo

Subbuteo is a tabletop table football (soccer) game in which players flick small weighted figures across a cloth pitch to strike a miniature ball into goals. Invented in England in 1947 by Peter Adolph, it became especially popular in the UK and Europe and has a dedicated competitive and collecting community. Fans enjoy both the tactical flicking skill involved in matches and collecting team-branded miniature figures.
