Squash

Squash is a racquet sport played by two (or four, in doubles) players in an enclosed four-walled court, using a small rubber ball that is struck against the front wall while alternating hits, with games decided by rallies scored typically to 11 points. It is a highly aerobic, fast-paced sport demanding quick reflexes, agility, and strategic shot placement to move opponents around the court, and is played recreationally and competitively worldwide, including in international events like the World Championships. It has long been considered one of the more physically demanding racquet sports due to its constant movement in a confined space.
