Leg Cricket

Leg cricket is a casual variant of cricket in which batters may only score runs by hitting the ball toward the leg side (the side of the field behind the batter's legs relative to a right- or left-handed stance), restricting shot selection and field placement compared to standard cricket. This constraint is often used in informal backyard or beach games to add a fun twist and level the playing field for less experienced players. It's more a house-rule variation played among friends than a formally codified sport.
