Kubb

Kubb is an outdoor lawn game of Scandinavian origin, often called "Viking chess," in which players take turns throwing wooden batons to knock over the opposing team's wooden blocks (kubbs) before toppling a central king piece. It combines elements of bowling and horseshoes and is typically played on grass at picnics, parks, or festivals. Its appeal lies in its simple rules, low equipment cost, and mix of strategy and throwing skill for players of all ages.
