Fistball

A team sport similar to volleyball in which players hit a ball over a net using their fist or forearm rather than open hands, and the ball is allowed one bounce between hits. It's popular in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and parts of South America like Brazil, with an international federation organizing World Championships. It rewards power hitting and reflexes, differing from volleyball's more finesse-oriented touches.
