Patient treatment encompasses the medical, surgical, therapeutic, or nursing interventions administered to address a patient's diagnosed condition, ranging from medication administration to surgery to rehabilitation therapies. It is delivered by physicians, nurses, therapists, and other clinicians following an individualized care plan based on diagnosis and patient needs. Effective treatment requires ongoing monitoring and adjustment based on patient response.
