Keras (Neural Network Library) is an open-source deep learning framework in Python designed to make building neural networks fast and accessible through a modular, layer-based API. It abstracts away much of the boilerplate involved in defining, compiling, and training models, letting users construct architectures like CNNs, RNNs, and transformers with just a few lines of code. It is tightly integrated with TensorFlow and used extensively in both research and industry for tasks like image classification and NLP.
