Adobe Fireworks

Design and Creative Software

Adobe Fireworks was a bitmap and vector graphics editor designed specifically for creating web and app interface graphics, icons, and prototypes. Web designers used it in the 2000s and early 2010s for tasks like slicing images for HTML and creating interactive mockups. Adobe discontinued Fireworks in 2013 as tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and later XD absorbed its use cases.
