What we do
Zingerman's is a family of independently run food businesses based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, founded in 1982 by Paul Saginaw and Ari Weinzweig starting with Zingerman's Delicatessen. Known as the "Zingerman's Community of Businesses," it has grown to include a bakery, roadhouse restaurant, coffee company, candy manufactory, mail order operation, catering, and a training arm, employing over 500 people.
