XPO, Inc. is a publicly traded American transportation company headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, specializing in less-than-truckload (LTL) freight shipping across North America and Europe. Built by entrepreneur Brad Jacobs starting in 2011 from Express-1 Expedited Solutions and grown through major acquisitions (Con-way, Norbert Dentressangle), the company spun off its contract logistics arm (GXO Logistics) in 2021 and its freight brokerage arm (RXO) in 2022 to focus exclusively on LTL trucking, dropping "Logistics" from its name in 2022.
