X-Rite is a manufacturer of color measurement and management products, including spectrophotometers and colorimeters used in printing, photography, and manufacturing. Founded in 1958, it acquired Pantone in 2007 and was itself acquired by Danaher in 2012, becoming part of Danaher's spinoff Veralto in 2023.
