The Happy Egg Company is an American free-range egg producer headquartered in Rogers, Arkansas. Launched in the U.S. in 2012 as an offshoot of the UK Happy Egg brand owned by Noble Foods, it became an independent American company in 2019 and was the first U.S. commercial egg producer certified by the American Humane Association.
