Taylor Morrison is one of the largest home-building companies in the United States, formed from the 2007 merger of Taylor Woodrow and Morrison Homes and headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. It builds entry-level to luxury homes across roughly a dozen states and trades on the NYSE as TMHC; in May 2026 Berkshire Hathaway announced an agreement to acquire the company for $8.5 billion, though the deal had not yet closed as of this writing.
