Taco Cabana is a fast-casual Tex-Mex restaurant chain known for its pink color scheme and patio dining, founded in San Antonio in 1978 by Felix Stehling. It was the plaintiff in the landmark 1992 U.S. Supreme Court trade-dress case Two Pesos v. Taco Cabana, and is now owned by Yadav Enterprises after being sold by Fiesta Restaurant Group in 2021.
