Taco Bueno is a U.S. quick-service restaurant chain specializing in Tex-Mex cuisine, founded in 1967 in Abilene, Texas by Bill Waugh. It operates primarily in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas and is currently owned by Sun Holdings after emerging from a 2018 Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
