SpartanNash is an American food distribution and grocery retail company formed in 2013 through the merger of Spartan Stores and Nash Finch, headquartered in Byron Center, Michigan. It distributes groceries to independent retailers and military commissaries/exchanges, and operates corporate-owned retail stores under banners such as Family Fare, Martin's Super Markets, and D&W Fresh Market. In September 2025, SpartanNash was acquired by C&S Wholesale Grocers, becoming a subsidiary of that company.
