Arctic Cat is an American snowmobile and all-terrain-vehicle (ATV) brand founded in 1960 in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. Owned by Textron from 2017 until Textron divested/wound down the brand in 2025, it was acquired in April 2025 by an investment group led by former Arctic Cat executive Brad Darling, which has since resumed production at the Minnesota facilities.
