Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field
- 10+ years in automotive, aerospace, or high-reliability manufacturing
- Process automation and robotics experience
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma background
- PFMEA, Control Plans, GD&T, and DFM/DFA development experience
- CAD tools proficiency
- Knowledge of regulated manufacturing quality systems and standards
- Hands-on floor support capability
Nice to have
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- PLC programming, robotics integration, or automation scripting experience
- Aerospace satellite assembly or automotive electronics experience
