Required
- 14+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 12+ years with a Master's degree, or 10+ years with a PhD
- Commercial analytics, insights, or strategy experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
- Success leading complex cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-level impact
- Ability to operate as strategic advisor to senior leadership
- Experience developing and scaling advanced analytics capabilities
- Track record leading high-performing teams and developing talent
- Strong strategic thinking and data-to-insight translation
- Executive presence and influence at ED/VP level
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve novel business challenges
- Exceptional communication and storytelling for senior audiences
- Deep knowledge of secondary data sources and analytics platforms
Nice to have
- Deep expertise in HIV or virology therapeutic areas, including provider-administered markets
- Experience integrating AI/advanced analytics solutions into commercial decision-making
- MBA or advanced degree in healthcare, analytics, business, or related field
