Required
- 5+ years manufacturing engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Knowledge of modern production principles and methods for high-technology electronics
- Basic knowledge of material characteristics and processing
- Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and fluid systems and heat transfer
- Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels
- AS9100 and AS9145 knowledge
- Eligibility for access to U.S. export-controlled information
- Ability to obtain ITAR authorization
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
