Required
- 2–4 years of retail experience
- At least 1 year in a leadership role
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Coaching and talent development skills
- Operational process knowledge including merchandising and shipment
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools

- Minimum 40 hours per week availability including weekends, holidays, and evening/opening shifts
