Required
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with manual and automatic transmission capability
- Knowledge of tires, batteries, propane tanks and tire bay equipment
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- Pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months
- Supervise and train tire bay staff
- Manage tire sales and installations
- Maintain tire bay safety and cleanliness standards
- Regular and predictable attendance
Nice to have
- High school diploma or college degree
- Prior tire installation and sales experience
- Level 400 certified technician
- Florida propane qualifier certification (if working in Florida)
