Required
- 3 to 8 years surface treatment industry experience
- secondary technical qualification (Bac Pro or equivalent)
- operate surface treatment lines
- handle and manage chemical products
- perform visual inspection and identify defects
- follow safety procedures and wear PPE correctly
- monitor installations and chemical bath parameters
Nice to have
- formal training in surface treatment (Bac Pro or CQPM)
- continuous training certifications in surface treatment
- knowledge of chemical milling, pickling, stainless passivation, masking, plating, decontamination
- experience with SAP systems
