  • 5+ years hands-on paid acquisition or performance marketing experience
  • Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for app acquisition
  • Meaningful experience operating TikTok campaigns
  • Experience managing multi-channel budgets with pacing and forecasting discipline
  • Mobile acquisition measurement and attribution fluency including MMPs
  • Strong analytical command of CPI, CPM, CTR, CVR, frequency and install volume
  • Ability to diagnose auction, creative, targeting, and tracking problems
  • Experience designing test structures that produce interpretable results
  • Attention to detail paired with clear business judgment
  • Low-ego, high-ownership mindset
