- 8+ years electrical hardware design and avionics integration experience
- Direct HWIL system design, build, and deployment experience
- Leadership experience with small engineering teams
- Avionics hardware lifecycle management
- Configuration Management processes (ECO, DCO, NCR, MRB, ERB)
- Environmental qualification testing (ATP/QTP) experience
- Controls systems and GNC integration knowledge
- Electrical system design and hardware integration expertise
- Technical data package development experience
- U.S. citizenship
- ITAR-compliant U.S. person status
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Missile or hypersonic systems background
- HWIL systems development for missile flight hardware
- Trajectory analysis or radar modeling experience
- MATLAB-based analysis tool familiarity
- Prior hiring manager or section lead experience
- Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain
