  • 10+ years in Business Intelligence or Analytics with customer success domain expertise and leadership roles in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, Churn, CLV)
  • Proficiency in data architecture and engineering oversight including Snowflake, BigQuery, ETL/ELT
  • SQL proficiency for querying and ad hoc analysis
  • Advanced experience with BI tools like Tableau and CRM Analytics
  • Executive communication skills with track record influencing VP-level stakeholders
  • Ability to lead organizational change and drive cross-functional alignment on KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or Business)
