- High school education or GED
- Electrical or controls experience in manufacturing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work extended periods standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting
- Ability to climb and work at heights using stairs, ladders, lifts, platforms
- Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment
- Adherence to food manufacturing grooming requirements

- Good understanding of electrical safety including arc flash
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Advanced knowledge of PLCs, SLCs, Logix 5000 and hardware
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair drives, sensors, measuring devices, motors
- Willingness to work overtime, any shift, weekends, holidays, emergencies
Nice to have
- Tech school diploma
- 2 years experience in related field
- Familiarity with Rockwell and Allen Bradley components
- Licensed Journeyman
- Experience in manufacturing/production environment
