Required

  • BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 5+ years developing firmware, runtime, or performance software for AI accelerators
  • 5+ years leading software architecture for complex AI or runtime systems
  • 8+ years developing production-grade C/C++ and Python with systems-level performance optimization
  • 5+ years with AI and deep learning workloads

Nice to have

  • Experience managing and mentoring engineers across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with robotics, edge, or real-time systems including ROS2
  • Experience in HW/SW co-design or hardware simulator development
  • Experience with parallel computing or unconventional AI accelerator architectures
  • Experience with embedded/real-time Linux or device driver development for edge systems
