Required
- BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years developing firmware, runtime, or performance software for AI accelerators
- 5+ years leading software architecture for complex AI or runtime systems
- 8+ years developing production-grade C/C++ and Python with systems-level performance optimization
- 5+ years with AI and deep learning workloads
Nice to have
- Experience managing and mentoring engineers across cross-functional teams
- Experience with robotics, edge, or real-time systems including ROS2
- Experience in HW/SW co-design or hardware simulator development
- Experience with parallel computing or unconventional AI accelerator architectures
