Required

  • 8+ years AI/ML development in production environments
  • 5+ years Python development
  • 2+ years experience with a backend language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Go)
  • Hands-on experience with foundation models
  • Experience designing evaluation pipelines for model alignment and accuracy
  • Deep expertise in LLM integration patterns and AI orchestration frameworks
  • Deep understanding of AIOps, data pipelines, evaluation, and observability for continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Machine Learning or related field

Nice to have

  • 5+ years public cloud experience (AWS, GCP)
  • 2+ years designing and scaling distributed systems
  • Experience delivering secure and compliant AI solutions in regulated environments (HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Familiarity with human-in-the-loop systems and clinical decision support
  • Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or applied research in NLP, healthcare AI, or GenAI safety
  • Experience in highly regulated industries like finance or healthcare
  • Experience contributing to early-stage team growth
