What they ask for
Required
- 8+ years AI/ML development in production environments
- 5+ years Python development
- 2+ years experience with a backend language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Go)
- Hands-on experience with foundation models
- Experience designing evaluation pipelines for model alignment and accuracy
- Deep expertise in LLM integration patterns and AI orchestration frameworks
