What they ask for
Required
- 12+ years software engineering or platform engineering or enterprise architecture
- 12+ years hands-on software development in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Go
- 8+ years designing and building ITSM processes with ServiceNow at enterprise scale
- 8+ years DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms
- 8+ years architecting enterprise solutions that are secure, observable, and highly available
- 5+ years integrating AI or ML capabilities into enterprise platforms or workflows
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Deep understanding of AI-forward design practices including LLM patterns, RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and responsible AI
- Experience designing integrations across heterogeneous systems using REST APIs and event-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of platform reliability practices including observability, SLO/SLA frameworks, and incident management
- Demonstrated experience leading architectural reviews and driving cross-functional design decisions
- AWS Solutions Architect (Professional) certification
- TOGAF certification
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems
