- Associate's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year surgical/OR experience
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to operate medical equipment and IV pumps
- Comprehensive patient assessment and care planning
- Safe medication and treatment administration
- Patient progress monitoring and documentation
- Competency with EMR systems
