  • Juris Doctor from accredited law school
  • Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
  • 15+ years legal experience including law firm and/or in-house roles
  • Strong background in litigation, compliance, and legal counseling
  • Experience managing complex commercial disputes and litigation strategy
  • Working knowledge of corporate governance and internal controls
  • Ability to provide practical legal advice in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience overseeing internal investigations and regulatory responses
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
