What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
- 12+ years of quality engineering and leadership experience in aerospace or defense
- Leadership experience managing 15+ quality staff
- Deep expertise in AS9100, NADCAP, FAR/DFAR, and DAL/DO-178
- Experience as management representative for AS9100 certification
- Track record managing DCMA or FAA oversight relationships
- Onsite work required; remote or hybrid not permitted
Nice to have
- Master's degree or MBA
- CQE or CQM/OE certification from ASQ
- ITAR/EAR compliance enterprise experience
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends for critical milestones
