- 10+ years progressive leadership in electric utility operations including transmission construction, maintenance, or system planning
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or related technical field (or vocational/associate degree with additional journeyman lineman experience)

- Technical expertise in transmission engineering, environmental compliance, construction, and maintenance
