What they ask for

Required

  • BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field
  • 4+ years in industrial automation, robotic systems, AMR development, or advanced manufacturing equipment
  • 3+ years designing and implementing electrical systems for robotics or complex electromechanical platforms
  • Custom electrical hardware design and component integration experience
  • Power system design knowledge including high-current routing and protection
  • Battery-powered system design experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues in industrial systems
  • Cross-functional communication and documentation skills

Nice to have

  • Industrial protocol experience (EtherCAT, CANbus, Ethernet/IP)
  • Motors, drivers, or AMR development background
  • PLC and industrial controls platform familiarity
  • Motion control and motor drive setup experience
  • Industrial machinery and manufacturing process experience (welding, grinding, milling)
  • Electrical-mechanical integration and packaging experience
