  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in program management, project management, operations, business development, real estate, site development, site acquisition, infrastructure development, or related field
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with attention to detail
  • Problem-solving in complex, ambiguous situations
  • Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written communication and ability to distill complex information
  • Attention to documentation quality and version control
  • Extensive travel capability within U.S. and globally

  • Experience with regulatory, zoning, and permitting processes
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate into site selection criteria
  • Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret Personnel Security Clearance
