Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Service and repair previously installed windows or perform technical measures for installation
- Basic construction and building materials knowledge
- Mechanical aptitude to dismantle and reassemble windows and hardware
- Handle conflict tactly and diplomatically
- Maintain composure under demanding conditions
- Interpersonal and listening skills
- Organization and scheduling skills
- Diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Work independently and adapt to variable schedules
- Basic math, legible writing, and computer skills in Word and Excel
