- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design
- At least 5 years in interior outfitting, shipbuilding, construction, or large-scale hospitality projects
- Advanced knowledge of interior architectural construction processes
- Understanding of shipbuilding production schedules
- Proficiency in CAD/Microstation and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Leadership and team development capability
- Fluent in English at B2/C1 level or above
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
