- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics or related field
- 5+ years of relevant full-time work experience
- Proficiency in compiled languages like C++ or Rust
- Proficiency in scripted languages like Python
- Experience developing physics-based simulations of aerospace vehicles
- Ability to work independently with end-to-end project ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to have
- Familiarity with launch vehicle or space systems design and analysis
