- Supervisory experience in construction, facilities, or equivalent
- Multi-trade experience
- Strong understanding of COSHH
- Full UK driving licence
- Health and safety compliance knowledge

- City & Guilds Construction Qualifications
- Building Construction Qualifications
- Practical training or apprenticeship background
- Decorating experience or qualification
- Ground works or drainage experience
- CSCS Card
- IPAF or forklift certification
