Required

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, technology, or mathematics
  • 8+ years designing structural hardware and thermal protection systems
  • Proficiency with fluid, thermal, structural, and mechanical design fundamentals
  • CAD software experience
  • GD&T and mechanical drafting expertise
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers

Nice to have

  • Propulsion component design experience
  • Direct thermal protection system or heatshield design work
  • Full product lifecycle experience from development through production
  • Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and ANSYS Workbench proficiency
  • Knowledge of aerospace standards (AS, NAS, SAE)
