Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field
  • 6+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack delivery
  • Production experience building LLM-powered or agentic applications
  • Strong Python including async patterns
  • Production experience with FastAPI or similar async web frameworks
  • Modern web frontend experience with React and Module Federation
  • Distributed multi-service systems design with well-defined component contracts
  • Experience building internal platforms, SaaS/PaaS, or shared developer platforms
  • Agentic orchestration framework experience (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, or similar)
  • Cloud LLM provider integration experience (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenAI)
  • Docker and Kubernetes/Amazon EKS proficiency
  • Infrastructure-as-code experience (CloudFormation)
  • Service mesh experience
  • Policy-as-code experience (OPA/Gatekeeper)
  • Production observability tools experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
  • Platform governance and security ownership experience
  • IAM/SSO and group-based authorization experience
  • Built autonomous multi-step analytical systems beyond chatbots
  • Designed distributed platforms with service orchestration and state management
  • Developed and hosted production MCP servers
  • Delivered dual-intent solutions for web and LLM/desktop clients via MCP
  • Implemented standardized tool-calling for external system integration
  • Designed shared SDKs and managed API contract evolution across consumers
  • Prompt engineering at scale with versioning and optimization
  • Understanding of agentic design patterns (ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, tool-use agents)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to set technical direction and influence in globally distributed teams

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in global life sciences, pharma, or supply chain, especially Product Development & Supply
  • Experience in regulated environments (GxP, GDPR, PII) and embedding compliance into platform design
  • Experience scaling an internal platform across multiple product and domain teams
  • Experience working internationally with globally dispersed teams
  • Hands-on implementation of Agentic AI solutions or MCP
  • Relevant cloud certification (e.g., AWS)
  • Azure and/or GCP experience
