Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack delivery
- Production experience building LLM-powered or agentic applications
- Strong Python including async patterns
- Production experience with FastAPI or similar async web frameworks
- Modern web frontend experience with React and Module Federation
- Distributed multi-service systems design with well-defined component contracts

- Policy-as-code experience (OPA/Gatekeeper)
- Production observability tools experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
- Platform governance and security ownership experience
- IAM/SSO and group-based authorization experience
- Built autonomous multi-step analytical systems beyond chatbots
- Designed distributed platforms with service orchestration and state management
- Developed and hosted production MCP servers
- Delivered dual-intent solutions for web and LLM/desktop clients via MCP
- Implemented standardized tool-calling for external system integration
- Designed shared SDKs and managed API contract evolution across consumers
- Prompt engineering at scale with versioning and optimization
