What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in IT with 3–5+ years in solution architecture
  • Hybrid onsite work at Beloit, Wisconsin and/or downtown Chicago
  • Experience designing and supporting third-party solutions and integrations
  • Knowledge of secure network architecture and application development methodologies
  • Hands-on cloud architecture with Microsoft Azure
  • M365 ecosystem familiarity
  • Understanding of IAM (Okta and/or Microsoft Entra ID)
  • ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB knowledge
  • Data and analytics platforms experience (Power BI)
  • Comfort with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Cross-team collaboration and change management experience

Nice to have

  • Modeling notations (UML or ArchiMate)
  • Practical AI/ML and GenAI understanding
  • TCO/FinOps principles for evaluating solutions
  • Compliance awareness such as PCI DSS
