Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in IT with 3–5+ years in solution architecture
- Hybrid onsite work at Beloit, Wisconsin and/or downtown Chicago
- Experience designing and supporting third-party solutions and integrations
- Knowledge of secure network architecture and application development methodologies
- Hands-on cloud architecture with Microsoft Azure
- M365 ecosystem familiarity
- Understanding of IAM (Okta and/or Microsoft Entra ID)
- ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB knowledge
- Data and analytics platforms experience (Power BI)
- Comfort with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-team collaboration and change management experience

- TCO/FinOps principles for evaluating solutions
- Compliance awareness such as PCI DSS
